Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Nippon Niche. Following are the terms and
conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on
weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please
allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your
order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

All order that are $74.99 or less will be charged a $5 flat rate shipping fee.

All order that are $75 or more will qualify for free shipping

Nippon Niche uses USPS for it's shipping carrier. Delivery estimates can range from 2 - 5 days to 1 to 2 weeks based on the recipient address.

For alternate delivery options such as Fedex or UPS please contact us at nipponniche@gmail.com with your order number and we will quote you a shipping quote.

Please be advised that shipments made using UPS or Fedex do not qualify for Free Shipping


Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Due to carrier restrictions Nippon Niche does not ship to addresses any P.O. Boxs.

Nippon Niche does ship within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO
addresses.

Nippon Niche is not liable for any lost or stolen packages related to any deliveries made to APO/FPO/DPO.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your
tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Ship to regions outside of the Continental United States (Guan, American Samoa, Puerto Rico, Etc...)

Please be advised that shipments to regions outside of the Continental United States and recognized US Territories can take an extended delivery time of 2 Weeks to 4 Weeks.

Nippon Niche uses USPS ground shipping to fulfill all Non Continental US orders. These orders will have tracking information and will usually leave the US via the San Fransisco, CA distribution facility. At which point it is unlikely that there will be any updates until the order reaches your territory or is delivered.

Should you have any concerns regarding the status of your order we can always contact our USPS Representative to confirm the transit status of your order.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Nippon Niche​ is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All
fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Nippon Niche is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you
received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

Returns Policy

Our Return & Refund Policy provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order.

Packaging & Recycle Policy 

Nippon Niche leadership has made the decision to minimize the use of new paper, plastic, and cardboard packaging and reuse cardboard shipping boxes, plastic and bubble wrap, and packing paper from previously received shipments and deliveries from various vendors, personal use items, and other merchants.

Packaging will only be reused if it is in acceptable condition and contains no tears, holes, rips, or other damage that could expose a product to damage.

Nippon Niche leadership apologizes if this policy is not to everyone's liking but this decision was made out of both our support to maximize the reuse of recyclable goods and a financial need. We are still a new venture in it's infancy and as such we'd rather preserve all financial capital to stocking inventory for each and everyone of you over collecting branded packaging that will end up in the trash or recycle bin anyways.
